Benefits of Membership
At Wellspring MD, Dr. Jason Bailey provides a unique care model that combines concierge primary care with functional medicine and longevity medicine. Dr. Ranya Bailey provides nutritional therapy and wellness coaching to help our members optimize their overall health. However, we recognize that not everyone is at the same phase in their health journey. Whether you are looking for concierge primary care, functional and longevity medicine, nutritional therapy, or all of the above, we have a membership tier for you.
We charge an annual membership fee in order to limit our practice size, provide dedicated concierge care, and offer uncovered services. This fee cannot be covered by insurance, but you may be able to pay for it with your HSA/FSA. We can bill your insurance for any covered services, but we do not require insurance to join our practice. We accept patients ages 7+ and are in-network providers for most health insurance plans in Georgia. We also offer discounts for children ages 7-21 and young adults ages 22-25 to make membership medicine available to your whole family. We offer four membership tiers to allow you to select a membership option that suits your healthcare needs. All of our members can take advantage of the following benefits of concierge care:
- Same day or next day appointments
- Little to no time in the waiting room
- 60-90 minute appointments
- Direct access to Dr. Jason Bailey and Dr. Ranya Bailey through email, SMS, or a secure healthcare app
- Telemedicine appointments
- Personalized supplement recommendations that can be easily ordered through our Fullscript Supplements storefront
- Access to our wellness newsletter, which includes wellness tips, recipes, fitness recommendations, and easy-to-understand summaries of cutting-edge longevity and functional medicine research

We offer four membership plans, Wellspring Core, Wellspring Vital, Wellspring Complete, and Wellspring Nourish, to provide members with personalized care.
Wellspring Core
Wellspring Core is for members looking for concierge primary care. This plan renews annually and includes the following benefits:

Wellspring Vital
Wellspring Vital is for members who are happy with their current primary care provider but are interested in accessing comprehensive functional and longevity medicine. This year-long membership can be renewed annually, or you can join for just a year to explore, reset, and optimize your health. While we may be able to bill your insurance for some labs, please note that most functional and longevity labs are uncovered and will need to be paid for out-of-pocket. We will collaborate with your current primary care provider as we help you take control of your health in the following ways:
- Functional and longevity health intake assessment
- Advanced functional and longevity lab work
- Follow-up appointments to interpret and review functional labs, longevity labs, biomarkers, and advanced screening
- Preventative, personalized screening recommendations
- Personalized functional and longevity health plan
